Game Overview This year I started playing Red Dead Redemption 2, an action-adventure game set in the American Wild West during the early 1900s. This game was developed by Rockstar Games in 2018 and has been very popular ever since. The game offers both a single-player narrative and a multiplayer experience similar to the Grand Theft Auto series. Platform and Gameplay I played Red Dead Redemption 2 on my Xbox console, though it's also available on PlayStation and PC. Since purchasing it in January, I've dedicated around 40-60 hours to complete the main story mode, finishing just this month. Over the past week, I revisited the game three times to test out the multiplayer experience. Reevaluating Leadership: Lessons from Polar Explorers

  Have you ever considered that we may be  celebrating the wrong leaders  in our society? I recently read a Ted Talk that shares the history of two polar explorers: Roald Amundsen and Ernest Shackleton. Amundsen, who achieved major polar milestones with careful planning and minimal drama, is largely forgotten, while Shackleton, known for his catastrophic expeditions, is celebrated as a leadership role model.  The speaker argues that we mistake dramatic, action-filled stories for effective leadership. He says "We often see leadership potential in people who speak more, regardless of what they say." He urges us to recognize and reward leaders who prevent crises through meticulous planning and effective management, rather than those who thrive in chaos.
